Art journaling, in particular, has become my favorite practice; a quick and intuitive way to capture moments from everyday life and my travels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\" data-block-type=\"core\">During the pandemic, like many others, I found myself in lockdown and overwhelmed by the uncertainty.
